Legal Disclaimer

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Hijaz Enterprises Inc. (DBA Bamboo Punch). By using the Service, you accept full responsibility for AI-generated content published under your account.

1. AI Orchestration & Responsibility

Bamboo Punch provides an intelligent marketing engine that leverages generative AI models to create visuals and captions. You acknowledge that AI technology is subject to "hallucinations" and inaccuracies. You are the final "Human-in-the-Loop" and are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publication.

We are not liable for any reputational, legal, or financial harm resulting from AI-generated outputs that were not adequately reviewed by the user.

2. Billing Agent & Credit Consumption

Access to the Bamboo Punch suite is governed by a credit-based consumption model. Credits are deducted at the point of generation (e.g., 5 credits for Design Variations, 4 for Analysis). All credit consumption is final.

Stripe as Billing Agent: All payment processing, invoicing, and subscription management are handled by Stripe via the secure Stripe Billing Portal. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms. Hijaz Enterprises Inc. does not store raw credit card data.

Due to the significant computational costs associated with high-reasoning AI nodes, we do not offer refunds once credits have been consumed or a generation task has been initiated.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership of the final "Output Content" generated by the AI for your specific projects. You represent that you have the right to use all media assets uploaded to the platform.

Hijaz Enterprises Inc. retains all proprietary rights to the "Golden Source" orchestration logic, system architecture, and the software itself.

4. Social Platform Indemnity

Bamboo Punch is an independent automation tool. We are not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or community standard violations imposed by Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or other connected platforms resulting from the content you publish.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to accounts that violate these terms, specifically those engaged in the generation of spam, deceptive marketing, or illegal materials.
